Wrestling starts Monday, November 3. Wrestling is a coed, no cut sport. It builds strength, balance, and coordination, and it teaches discipline and focus. Kids gain confidence, learn to handle wins and losses, and show respect. It is a fun way to stay active and make friends.
After school Monday, go to the locker room and change into shorts and shirt and then meet your coaches in the Aux Gym.
