A Message from Principal Jergens-Zmuda - January 30, 2025
Dear Issaquah Middle School Families,
Thank you so much for your continued support of our Pass the Paw fundraiser! We are thrilled to share that we raised over $14,000 for our Associated Student Body. These funds will directly support assemblies, sports, and after-school clubs, helping to enrich our students' experiences. We truly appreciate your generosity and commitment to our school community. Thank you for making a difference!
Our students recently completed mid-year diagnostics for ELA (i-Ready) and Math (SuccessMaker). Based on the results, we are implementing a school-wide Tier 1 intervention to provide additional academic support over the next 4-6 weeks.
As part of this initiative, students will receive a "Passport to Success" to track their progress as they complete additional i-Ready practice, engage in more Math practice, or use Homeroom time to make up missing assignments. To encourage participation and academic growth, students can earn Panther Bucks as part of our school-wide vision for achievement. Our goal is to support every student in improving their skills and reaching their full potential! Thank you for your ongoing support. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
